Provider update email from Dianne
Hi All
So, this doesn’t get lost in the rest of the text, could you please send the number of clients you are working with through Acore as soon as possible please? We may be able to get this through invoicing but want to ensure accuracy.

The Acore team are taking this week to get the bulk of the application for the new ACC contract completed.
​
Looking at the expectations from ACC, we are required to keep much more information than in the past and provide reports that we have not had to do prior to the new contract. Some of this will be keeping information on different demographics of our clients, (now using the word kiritaki), and also the timing of reports being sent to ACC, this is one of our KPI’s, The KPI’s are around timeliness, quality, sustainability and kiritaki outcomes.
Because of this we are going to have to engage with a client management system (CMS), knowing that there are a few of you who are not keen on this, we will also be able to continue with invoicing as we have previously, but we will load the information at our end.
Soon your will be receiving a spreadsheet to complete as part of this process, completing as much information on it as possible. All the information you will need for this will should be on the client engagement form. This may require a slight adjustment in charge, but we are doing our best to keep costs at a minimum.
Our contract application needs to be in by the 24th of May and for all current named service providers, it is important to go onto the GETS website and load you provider information as soon as possible. If there are no changes to your current practice, you just need your current APC and that of your supervisor to complete.
Search the GETS website, then log in using your ID that you complete your client engagement forms.Search ISSC and the contract will show up, then click into this and look for the provider application box. Follow the instructions from there, ignore the top stuff it is for new providers only. Some providers have already completed this so not too difficult.

Obviously, our aim is to gain the contract, but we will not know until the end of August whether this has been successful. At this point we will let you know of the training organized to get you all up to speed.
